Terms of Use for DJ BPM Assistant

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using DJ BPM Assistant ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License
Groovelogic grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DJ BPM Assistant on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
3. Pro Unlock — One-Time Purchase
DJ BPM Assistant Pro is sold as a one-time, non-consumable purchase. Once purchased:
- The unlock is permanent and tied to your Apple ID
- It can be restored to any device signed in with the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchases"
- There are no recurring charges or subscriptions
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. Groovelogic does not issue independent refunds.
4. Availability and Updates
Groovelogic may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates or to maintain any particular feature.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
DJ BPM Assistant is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Groovelogic makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that BPM calculations will be suitable for any specific professional use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Groovelogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of revenue from a DJ set. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in DJ BPM Assistant — including the BPM calculation logic, Camelot Wheel data, genre transition library, and user interface — is owned by Groovelogic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
