Privacy Policy for DJ BPM Assistant

The Short Version

DJ BPM Assistant does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything the app stores stays on your device.

1. What We Collect

Nothing. DJ BPM Assistant does not collect any personal information, does not have user accounts, and does not communicate with any server operated by Groovelogic.

2. What the App Stores Locally on Your Device

The app saves a small number of preferences to your device's local storage (Apple UserDefaults) so your settings are remembered between sessions. These values never leave your device:

None of this data is linked to your identity, transmitted anywhere, or accessible to Groovelogic.

3. In-App Purchases

DJ BPM Assistant Pro is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple. Groovelogic never sees your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party SDKs and Analytics

DJ BPM Assistant contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting services, or tracking libraries. No data is sent to any third party by this app.

Apple may collect anonymized, aggregate usage data through the App Store if you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings. Groovelogic has no control over this data and cannot identify individual users from it.

5. Children's Privacy

DJ BPM Assistant does not collect any data from any users, including children under 13. The app is rated 4+ on the App Store.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Because the app collects no personal data, material changes are unlikely.
